The Challenge
Nxt Level partnered with Axon to search for a Backend Engineer to help design and build the cloud services for their VR/AR training program. This person will also be helping build out a broader engineering team over time. The candidate will need to partner with multiple internal and external engineering teams while leveraging their interest in backend technologies and services to make our solutions better, easier to maintain, and more performant.
Axon’s biggest challenge was finding highly skilled engineers that could pass their Systems Design interview. They also needed someone with a consulting mindset that could speak to engineers and product management. Nxt Level was able to find a candidate that had that mindset as well as the technical expertise to match.
