The Challenge
Redapt was tasked with helping a massive 25,000 employee company shift their core services over to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for the first time. They needed a talented Solutions Architect who could not only speak to the technical aspects of the migration, but also be able to effectively communicate the benefits and roadmap to stakeholders and leadership.
Redapt partnered with Nxt Level Recruiting to find the right fit for the role. They were looking for someone with hands-on experience designing and building modern cloud infrastructure on GCP, and someone who was passionate about solving complex problems related to networking, routing, and security.
As the first Architect in Redapt's Google Cloud Platform partnership team, they were able to lead the growth of a new practice and deliver Pre-Sales and Solutions Architecture to new clients for GCP projects. The successful migration allowed the company to realize the benefits of a modern cloud infrastructure and allowed Redapt to establish themselves as a leading provider of GCP solutions.
