About our Client

Satisfi Labs is a Conversational AI platform that enables a team of experts in their specific field to create a deep knowledge base enabling their custom chatbots to answer customer questions on demand. Their AI technology, leveraged by their proprietary NLP and response management platform, makes information more accessible and actionable at every step of the customer journey. Satisfi Labs is backed by major investors including Google, Major League Baseball, Red Light Management, and Techstars. Some of their clients include AXS, Wicked the Musical, Snowbird Ski Resort, and more.

The Challenge

Satisfi Labs looked to scale their sales organization and streamline their sales process by introducing a Sales Development Representative to the team. This person would work closely with the Account Executives to identify potential clients and screen them to find out their needs and how they could benefit from a conversational AI program. Their biggest challenge as a smaller startup, was allocating time and resources to finding the right candidate.

Recruiting is currently a team effort at Satisfi Labs, and with a large number of clients and potential leads, it made it much more difficult than expected. Satisfi Labs partnered with Nxt Level which allowed them to take time focusing on what was incredibly important at the time. Nxt Level was able to provide them with only the best candidates that fit their needs. We were able to place this candidate in a short amount of time due to finding someone who worked in the same industry who was excited about the product.
