Nxt Level's Seven Commandments
We live by our leadership principals and collectively lead by example. We are only as strong as our weakest link!
We start with our customers first and work backwards; this includes clients and candidates alike. We work vigorously to earn and keep the trust of the lives we touch.
We are owners. We hold ourselves and our team accountable to hit our goals. We believe in the big picture values and will not sacrifice long-term value for short-term results. We each act on behalf of the entire organization, beyond just their own team. We never say, "that's not my job."
Create and Simplify
We are obsessed with innovation. We expect and foster new creations, while searching for new ways to simplify. We are externally aware, look for new ideas from everywhere, and are not limited by the "not invented here" mentality. As we discover new things, we accept that we may be misunderstood for long periods of time until we can provide data and insights to encourage adoption.
Foster Diverse Ideas
We are constantly living in someone else's shoes while we make decisions to understand different vantage points. We search for diverse perspectives to inspire unique perspectives. We have strong judgement and good instincts to foster social acceptance.
Learn and be Curious
We are never done learning and always seek to improve ourselves. We are curious about new possibilities and act to explore them. We seek to learn from the old and the new; we understand that a fresh perspective can improve old processes.

We demand transparent communication between our client-partners, candidates in the marketplace, and peers to deliver next level service.
Have a backbone; Disagree and commit
We are obligated to respectfully challenge decisions when we disagree, even when doing so when it's uncomfortable or exhausting. We have conviction and are tenacious. We do not compromise for the sake of social cohesion. When we have data we are obligated to provide such insight. Once a decision is determined, we commit whole heartedly.
